Advantage Term Life

Everybody needs an insurance coverage.
However, there's few plans been offered.
So, which one suits you and your family the best of all?

For many people, particularly those with a family that depends upon them, having an insurance plan in place is a necessity. With a policy in place, parents can take comfort in knowing that their children will be taken care of whether they besides them or not.
Even, if you do not have children, a life insurance plan will guarantee that your spouse is able to handle the financial burdens of your funeral and will also be able to afford to maintain the lifestyle you have built together.

At the same time you could Save Money On Insurance and Reduce Your Insurance Premiums by ONLY BUY what you need. The more coverage you acquire, the more your premiums will be. Sit down and take a look at your finances in order to determine just how much coverage will be necessary for your dependents to have after your death.

So which one is for you?
The two most basic forms of life insurance are term and whole.
With term, your policy will expire after a specific amount of time has passed – whether you have died or not. If you do pass away during the time of your coverage, your beneficiary will receive the predetermined death benefit that the policy is set up to pay out. Unlike whole coverage, the term policy does not have a cash value.

Whole life insurance is a type of insurance that provides you with coverage for your entire life. Although this is typically more expensive than cheaper term insurance, the premiums on these do not increase over time and they do not expire. In addition, whole life plans build a cash value over time. As such, you can actually cash in on your whole coverage at some point in your life if you need to acquire some emergency funds before your death actually occurs. Or, you can cash in on the value if you decided to cancel your policy at a later date.

There are literally hundreds of insurance companies available that will be willing to give you a quote. When trying to find one, it is helpful to enlist in the services of an online site such as AdvantageTermLife to help you compare the policies and rates of a number of different insurance companies.

Labour's Law or Company's Law

How much will a employee know about the basic of labour's law?
Example like...
How many days of their annual leave?
How many minimun hours should they complete?
How many MCs they could take a month?
Could they claim back hours if they work more than 8hours a day, without claiming OTs?

When I worked in my previous companies...
I got 12 days annual leave (for employee who work more than a year - 2 years) .. and I got it soon after I being confirm staff to the company...
Even my last job, the HR "motivate" us by if we did not apply annual leave on that month, we get "extra" a day of annual leave!...
I kinda like that, cos how often can OPERATION staffs get long holiday even, we work more than 8 hours.

For my current company...
I got 8 days annual leave...
I asked my GM before, doesn't it against labour law for that?
He asked me to check with the LAW.. as the company won't do anything to against it...
How true is that?

I do understand that work in OPERATION hours...
Will be more than 8 hours a day...
I even work 12-13 hours a day...
Since management level can't claim OT, shouldn't we have the right to least get off extra 2 days instead of one?

Is the 10 Gazetted Holidays... really 10 days only?
When it comes to OPERATION jobs...
As employee...
Is it that we just follow whatever law that the company set?
Or do they eventually follow the Labour's Law?
How can we know that?

...even after I confirm, if I wanna apply for annual leave...Have to "purata" how many months I work devide with days, months, years... bla bla... only can apply.....Only I reach ONE YEAR... then only I can SEE the balance leave...........weird.

Back to Office job.. maybe?

FOODS... VS FOODS

Ever since I'm living in KL...
There's only 1 problem for me... FOOD KNOWLEDGE.

Roti canai = roti kosong?

In Penang, as everybody knows... a FOOD HEAVEN.
So least if I dun speak fluent Hokkien nor a word of Mandarin or even know the roads well, least I still know about the FOOD there.
Since I'm in KL, the "names" for the food, quite confusing to me.
Example Lam Mee, in Penang is bihun mee soup with shredded eggs on top,soup..lil'prawns... In KL, their Lam Mee is Penang's well... LOH MEE!
Hokkien Mee (Prawn Mee), some call it Mee Yoke... in Seremban as well.

In Penang, when you order Hokkien Char, it will gives you bihun mee if only you requested for the big fat noodle, you'll get that..
In KL, you order Hokkien CHar.. *pop* you'll get the big fat noodle.
And the style of cooking a little more to "mun yee mee"... too BLACK SAUCE!

ROJAK!
That's the 1st shocked I got...KL's rojak turns out to be pasembor!
IF it's "rojak buah" then you know what you having...FRUITS!
In Penang, Pasembor is mamak food... included with fried tofu, fried duno what else fill with gravy... (yummy!)
If you want Rojak, you'll get Rojak.. fruits of course.. WITHOUT SPECIFY IT.

Speak of Laksa...
In Penang you want laksa, you'll get assam laksa without question...
Only certain places in Penang, you'll get laksa lemak... (never like that!)
Curry Mee.. is curry mee... (my mum luvs it!)
It's already tragic that in KL they called it Curry Laksa...
However... I nearly fainted that day when I was in Seremban...
I was craving for LAKSA for few days...
And I was visiting my lil'sis in Seremban...
And of course seeing "LAKSA" at a stall.. without hesitate... I went order a bowl...
It came out to be curry mee... very very oily too!!!!
My friends were wondering how come I'll order LAKSA...when they know I don't take curry...
"HOW I KNOW IS CURRY MEE LAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!???"

Lucky enough.. bihun, mee, rice still the same name in the WHOLE WORLD!

And of course... if I want Nasi Tomato...in Penang, I don't need to wait till Ramadhan.. every Thursday, Pasar Malam, here I come!

Food... still, it's filling!

Hard to be understood? Or Stuborn?

"She's angry cos you asked another friend of yours along"...
That's the first ever sentence I ever heard...well, as long as I've lived.

I do wonder, is it wrong to ask another friend of mine to join for a dinner last few nites.
The people who asked me went out FIRST, were pretty upset that I asked another friend who they DON'T KNOW, along.
I DISRESPECT.
Yes, I've might.

To me, it's just dinner and at the same time I do not have 24hrs all day long to give around friends.
Why can't I just ask another friend along, when she also working at that area...? Don't you think it'll be a lil awkward that YOUR FRIEND was messaging you and IF you bump into her... what should you say or do then?
To me it's hospitality... to other point of view, disrespect.

I told my partner about it. (That's rare!)
She did said that can't blame your ex said that sentences...
She said, not all people can be "used" to other people's thinking and characther.
You might don't get that person ideas, she might don't get what's your thought either.
I do agree though.

My partner was upset when I dish some dishes to my ex when she came over dinner...
To my partner she sees that well I STILL CARE TO MY EX.
TO ME, it's just hospitality.
I should say, maybe my gestures or thinking... not suitable for anyone?

Friends?
Why when I went back to my hometown for a visit... I don't heard that my best friend or another friend groan to me that "She's upset you bring another friend along!!"....
What does FRIEND eventually meant than?
Not for share? Why exist then?

No one ask me to please anybody, but I want to...
Nothing.. gain.
If I explain or speak up... I'll be nag about being stuborn.. or I don't get the pix...
Sometimes...
Don't try to be wise, when you don't even think twice.

Seriously it's hurt.

This is me.

One Last Chance

How many chances can be given?
How many loses should a person face?
How many wins shall the person achieved?

Giving all in a relationship... wanted it to be FOREVER...
Eventually, it'll sometimes make someone forgot there's other things to be achieve.
Career?
Familia?

Even sometimes, when we thought that we could last till the end of time...
Something will comes in between...
Yes, we won't predict the future whether could we back together as one...
Sometimes...
Future, it's in our hands.

If No, will be No.
If it's Yes, there's changes need to be make.
Chance will be given.
