Oriental Cravings, 1Utama

Today my breakkie partner and me went over to Oriental Cravings 1Utama to try out as the boss lady, often drop by our working place for a cup of coffee...
She been asking me when will I drop by for a visit...
Well, I'm hungry as well, so why not?

The interior it's bit like kopitiam style..
Having bit of Penang and Malacca designs... Peranakan.

So we browse thru the menu...
Made a few orders...
Ready to dig in!

The food were nice except the Lap Mei Fan which been recommended by the waiter...
I don't fancy on the Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong) so don't quite like that dish and it's kind of oily too...
The one I love most is the Claypot Lou Shu Fun, aw! Yummy!
I did ordered on appetizer, Handroll Chee Cheung Fun and Yam Cake...
I can't really taste out the Yam Cake, as it remind me of nasi lemak sambal...
Maybe because of the sauce they gave tasted like that?

However, it's a full meal of the day!
Can't believe my breakkie guy can't even finish the food...
But, we did not waste it..
We gulped it in!

Welcome to Oriental Cravings

Fai Hailam Fishing Village Restaurant

It's my off day again...
Supposed plan to go prawing...
But end up went to have Oyster Porridge in Paramount...
Went for Bolt in Pavillion...
Played cards in Riverwine...
Very relaxing evening.

DINNER TIME!
Was very hungry that time, can't decide where to grab meals..
My partner drove all the way to Tanjung Harapan, Klang for seafood...
It's worth for the long journey.

We went to the restaurant next door instead the one planned...
The food were not that bad, for rm90.00 with all the dishes which I quite satisfied with, nice.

Here's the menu...

Steam Fish with Sour n Spicy Gravy
*It's really spicy, can feel the burn after few sips of the gravy*

Stir Fried Yau Mak

Live Crabs with Marmite
*This portion is big for 2... yummy!*

Fried Kam Heung with Clams
*the taste of the spices quite strong, can even taste the powder of it*

Stir Fried Asparagus with Prawns (IT'S GOOD!)
*Ain't sure I'm too hungry or what, it's nice dish... I luv asparagus!*

While was finishing the meals...
Out of sudden rain heavily...
Still it's very nice environment with the breeze of the sea...

It's a nice off day for me.

Can't wait to visit the next door restaurant.

When?

Just Thai

Having break time with my colleague at Just Thai 1Utama...
Sort of 1st time to try out the food there eventhough been months I walked pass by the place...
Look from the outside, it's quite a cozy environment...
Especially the outlet playing with Christmas Song...
I nearlly fall asleep there eventhough the chair are wood, but there's a cushion over there...
We had our meals there cost RM65...

Worth it.

Was quite dissapointed with the pineapple juice... doesn't taste sourish or PINEAPPLE except, sweet.

Did passed by a restaurant... (was freaking hungry!)

Decided to have a meal at Little Trees Cafe...
Believe it or not...
The interior, was quite unique with old ladies posters..
So got Malacca feels!

Was there for about 4-5 hours.. I think...

This place my dad brought me to dine in due to I'm a fan of Malacca...
So we came here to grab the rice ball and some of the famous items which sell in the restaurant...
My dad particular love the Mutton Soup... which I don't really fancy...
But the dishes, quite delicious especially the mutton meat...

Stir Fried Brinjal...

The Famous Mutton Herbal Soup

The Mutton Meat...*awesome!*

Omlette

Yummy Steamed Chicken!

Great Dinner, not sure how many balls did I whacked that night!

A Quiet Lunch At Harper's, Malacca Town

I luv Malacca.

Don't ask me why...
Till now I have no idea why I'm so into the small town...
Been there least 3 times a year, I guess...
Still never get bored though...

Wouldn't mind to stay there too...

I've been passing by the Jonker's street...
Realized there's a nice restaurant nearby...

Harper's.

With the interior more to westernized...
Still, it's cozy especially when comes evening...
With lakeside view...
No matter how much the meal...
It's worth...
Especially, it's with someone who's in your heart at side.

Perfect day out.

The Cutleries...
Nice Napkin though ^_^

A Day To Rest

Coming back to hometown...
What else can do?
I don't go hang around at the mall...
I don't even go walk around the places...
I just stay home.

No one will believe that I stayed in KL for so long...
Back to hometown, I'm a good girl...
No one see me that I'm a homey person...
Do I look so wild life?

Even been asked how's my relationship now...
Isn't I have a new flame?
Sometimes, wishes don't come true.

Being abandoned...
Where will want to scratch own face again?
I'll leave everyone alone.

I'm trying to get back myself.
