Being a top leader, is to let people F**k instead of F**k people...
I do see the fact now...
It might sound like a joke...
But when think about it again, it sounds realistic.
To some people, being manager is to put blame on...
Must have a broad shoulder to bare all the responsibilities...
But how much a person could bare?
How long could a person stand on the blames?
It's quite hard to please people...
But it's harder to please ownself than people.
However, support from friends not often get...
Especially the friend, it's your staff.
